In Dead Drop, 2-4 players use a variety of spy cards to narrow down and determine the card that is not in play. But unlike other games where you are trying to determine a missing card, Dead Drop requires that you have 2 cards in your hand that will mathematically add up to the amount of your accusation. This is the trickiest part as players start to narrow down their guesses and it's exactly what makes Dead Drop so wonderful.
I first played Dead Drop at Origins 2014 and it was a blast. We played 3-4 times in a row and I couldn’t wait to try it again. Now that I have a demo copy, it’s the kind off game that I’ll bring to every game night, every group dinner, and anywhere else I go with a need to pass time with a group. It takes about 30 seconds to learn and has a ton of replayability. Everyone can join in on this fun by grabbing the print and play from the Dead Drop Kickstarter page.
One of the coolest parts of the Kickstarter campaign is that the stretch goals are rethread versions of the game. Monsters, vikings, and so much more.
And a quick note on the cards themselves. The graphic design and art is super slick, with one of my favorite logos I’ve seen in a long time. I’m a bit of a logo purist, or fanatic, you might say… but this one is perfect. Great job to Adam McIver and The Cre8tive Dept for their work on this.

So mosey on over to Kickstarter and check out Dead Drop. It’s fast and fun, and should reach a wide variety of players.
