Hooray! Way to go, Lego! You did it! All our Christmas dreams have come instantly true thanks to this hearty Hoth Rebel Trooper of my very own!
And let’s give credit where credit’s due. This is one fine minifig, He has a backpack for storing his books and pencil case, and a hat with goggles that can be placed either over his eyes or on top of his head.
In fact for some inexplicable reason he came with two additional goggles/visors as well so either Lego anticipates these things to be easy to lose/break, or Lego has been into the cooking sherry.
But by far my favourite thing about this guy is his mighty moustache. Seriously... look at that soup-strainer as he orders pizza with the pizza cannon!
That’s why I am going to call this trooper Mot Selleck and strongly encourage you to write a backstory for him on Wookieepedia. I guess that
Empire Strikes Back was filmed in the early eighties and a lot of leftover pornstars from the seventies were looking for additional work?

ReplyDeleteB: I think its clear why we get 3 goggles, Lego knows they messed up in the series 8 blind packs. They know we don't care about football and would rather turn him into a rebal!!
