I think the Mark VII is definitely the sharpest suit so far. Nice to see the return of the circle (and it lights up!) plus I think this is armour is far more detailed than previous versions...

The new Robert Downey Jnr head has had a mixed response but I like it. I like that he's smiling. Besides, most people will probably display him helmet on anyway...

This release has plenty of extras. There are interchangeable armour plates to simulate battle damage and lots of interchangeable weaponry...

And if you manage to snag one of the exclusive versions from Sideshow then you'll also get the bonus hologram figure. So much great stuff packaged with this one... I think it's about as definitive an Iron Man as you'll get right now.

The only sad thing is we'll still probably have to wait until early next year for the actual release, but I've got mine reserved! I think I am finally committed to being all in on the Avengers characters.
