So, what are your dream Lord Of The Rings Lego sets? The LEGO THE LORD OF THE RINGS collection will translate into LEGO form the epic locations, scenes and characters of Middle-earth as depicted in all three films, including The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.In late 2012, LEGO THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY will give fans of all ages a chance to build and play out the fantastical story and new characters of the legendary Middle-earth adventures depicted in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journeyfrom Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson, slated to premiere December 14, 2012.
I am most excited about one word in the paragraphs above.. LOCATIONS. I want Hobbit houses, Moria, Helm's Deep. The Prancing Pony Inn. All of Rivendell. Shelob's lair and Shelob, and Treebeard and Balrog... THE MOUTH OF SAURON.
There will be a goddamn Gollum minifigure. I can't take this excitement.
Seriously, can Lego do wrong? They've got the Pixar and Apple thing where everything they touch becomes wondrous and exciting!
ReplyDeleteYOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!?!?!
ReplyDeleteIt will be a series of games!!!!
I just wet my pants.
I have never pre-ordered a game in my life, but if they announce a Lego LotR game, I will be running down to my local gaming retailer and throwing money at them within minutes.
ReplyDeleteThe Lego games are so much fun. Even if I'm just switching from character to character and not actually completing any tasks.
ReplyDeleteI still regret not playing Lego Universe. But if anything didn't work out perfectly for Lego, it was probably Lego Universe.
If they make a Tom Bombadil set all the cryers can re-enact the books and finally get over the fact he was left out of the movies. :P
ReplyDeleteWOO HOO!!! LEGO LOTR FTW! Are any of those even words? Who needs em! :D
ReplyDeleteI don't even care about the toys...I'm with Ken...bring on the GAME!!!
